Vik is a versatile coach, consultant, and facilitator with more than 14 years of experience across the public and private sector. He is currently an associate consultant with the RBL group where he specializes in Leadership and Strategic HR. He has led and facilitated numerous workshops and programs for business leaders and project teams, covering a wide range of topics including corporate strategy, leadership, change management, and innovation.
Prior to joining the RBL Group, Vik has taken on diverse roles in his career: first as a military intelligence trainer, then as a management consultant, a VP in a wellness tech start-up, a regional strategy executive, an OD specialist, and a leadership coach and facilitator. This eclectic background has endowed him with a multifaceted perspective and a robust skill set to help drive impactful solutions and organizational growth.
In his 3 years as a senior consultant in a boutique firm, he designed and delivered bespoke leadership programs and strategy workshops for clients across the world such as SMU Academy, Pfizer, FWD, OCBC, and luxury maisons within LVMH. His strategic OD and leadership interventions have also played a pivotal role in bolstering organizational capabilities and enhancing performance from within URA.
Vik holds a Bachelors in Business Management (hons) with double majors in management and OBHR. He is also an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Prosci certified change management practitioner.
