Henrick’s career includes 10 years in businesses and 10 years in consulting. He works primarily with strategy execution, performance management, organization design and HR strategy with international clients.
Prior to consulting, Henrick worked more than 6 years for the Fortune 500 company A.P. Moller-Maersk, a conglomerate within oil, shipping and retail. He served in several strategic roles both in group functions and business unit functions, i.e. as Head of Headquarters HR and later also as Head of Organization Design in Maersk Line. He has led global transformation projects and project roll-out across several business units and across multiple countries. He began his career in Business Development with the national mail and parcel provider Post Denmark.
Henrick is an Industrial Engineer and studied marketing in Regensburg in Germany. He also taught at MBA programs at Copenhagen Business School on Strategic HRM and Ashridge Business School in Organisation Design.
Henrick is certified in Predictive Index, Disc profile, Lominger Leadership Competencies, Cohesive Team concept and the RBL Leadership Code 360 tool.
