As a corporate executive, Henrick dedicated more than six years to A.P. Moller-Maersk, a Fortune 500 company with presence in sectors such as oil, shipping, and retail. During his tenure, he served in several strategic roles including Head of Headquarters HR and Head of Organization Design in Maersk Line, where he led global transformation projects across multiple business units and countries. His experience includes restructuring global service centers with over 9,000 employees in China, India, and the Philippines, as well as designing global HR and finance organization blueprints.
Prior to his time at Maersk, Henrick accumulated valuable experience as a management consultant at various firms, including Carlsen & Co, Aston Promentor / Right Management, and Albertsen & Hvidt, where he specialized in strategy execution, performance management, and Balanced Scorecard implementation. He began his career in Business Development with the national mail and parcel provider Post Denmark.
